We do not collect profile photos, class rosters, or any additional demographic information.
2.3 Technical and Usage Data
To support the learning experience, we collect:

- User activity within the platform, including quiz completions, assignment progress, and engagement metrics
This activity data is tied only to the account’s username and is used to provide progress tracking and analytics to schools.
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide the platform and its features (quizzes, assignments, progress tracking)

We do not sell, share, or monetise any user data.
4. How We Store and Protect Data
All data is stored securely using:
- AWS (US-East) for application data storage
- Supabase for managed database services
- Vercel for frontend hosting
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, access controls, and audit logging.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain account and progress data indefinitely unless a school or teacher requests deletion. Upon request, we will permanently delete the associated data from our systems.
6. Sharing of Information
We do not share information with third parties except where necessary to operate the service (e.g., AWS, Supabase, Vercel). These providers process data only on our instructions.
We do not share information for marketing purposes.
7. Children’s Privacy
Student accounts are created and managed only through schools. Students cannot sign up individually. All student access occurs under the supervision of school staff.
